Our Mission

Celebrations have always been special for Brooke Lillie, Sign Gypsies Westbank & The Parish's founder, as long as she can remember. Her grandmother always made a special birthday cake and made sure her milestones were memorable. As she got older, she found ways to celebrate and create memories for her own children.

After receiving a Sign Gypsies birthday greeting from her friend at Sign Gypsies-NOLA, she knew she wanted to spread the lawn love to the Westbank and The Parish! She is looking forward to helping everyone on the Westbank and in St. Bernard Parish create memories in a BIG way!
